Terms and Conditions – 8385bet Platform Rules of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you, the user ("User"), and 8385bet, operator of the platform available at 8385bet.best ("Platform"). These Terms govern access to and use of all services offered by 8385bet, including Sports Betting, online casino, slots, poker, crash games, and any other entertainment format available.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs when the User completes registration on the Platform, checks the acceptance box during the registration process, or uses any platform feature after creating an account. Acceptance is required to use the services — no service may be used without agreeing to the terms described herein.

The 8385bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the registered email address or through a notice on the platform with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility

To use the services of 8385bet, the User must cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be an individual residing in Brazil with a valid CPF;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts and obligations;
• Not be an employee, shareholder, agent, partner, or close family member of an employee or shareholder of 8385bet;
• Not be serving a voluntary self-exclusion period or an exclusion imposed by the Platform;
• Not reside in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

The 8385bet reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any point during the user relationship. Failure to provide valid documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

Each User may hold only one active account on 8385bet. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited, whether using identical details or variations of name, CPF, email address, or payment method. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all of them being blocked and their balances withheld for internal review.

Users are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration and throughout their relationship with the platform. Providing false or incomplete information violates these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with no right to any accumulated bonus balance.

3.2 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) safe and confidential. The 8385bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available free of charge in your account settings. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify support immediately at suporte@8385bet.best.

8385bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the User's failure to protect their credentials, installation of malware on the device used, or voluntarily sharing login details with third parties.

3.3 Updating Personal Details

Whenever registered personal details change — such as address, phone number, or email — users must update their information on the platform before making new deposits or requesting withdrawals. Keeping outdated information on file may delay verification and payment processing.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The 8385bet accepts only payment methods linked to the Brazilian financial system, processed in BRL (R$). Available methods include:

• Pix – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, processed in seconds, no fee;
• Boleto bancário – clearing period of up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card – Visa and Mastercard, subject to card issuer approval;
• PicPay – instant transfer via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago – available for deposit and withdrawal;
• TED Bank Transfer – for banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other participating financial institutions.

4.2 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum accepted deposit at 8385bet is BRL 20.00 (twenty reais). There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional identity verification in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within seconds of approval. Other methods may have different processing times, which will be indicated at the time of the request.

4.3 Payment Ownership

The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder at 8385bet. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Likewise, withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts and Pix keys held in the name of the registered User. Withdrawal attempts to third-party accounts will result in a block and investigation.

5 Sports Betting

5.1 Bet Acceptance

The 8385bet offers betting on more than 30 sports, with a strong focus on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga Brasileira), and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Free Fire). All bets are accepted subject to the odds in effect at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change at any time before the bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply.

5.2 Live Betting

Live bets are accepted while the market remains open on the platform. The 8385bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of a match (goals, penalties, red cards) to update odds. Bets confirmed before the suspension are honored as normal.

5.3 Errors and Incorrect Odds

In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical or human error, resulting in values manifestly disproportionate to the market — such as odds of 100 to 1 on a highly predictable outcome —, the 8385bet reserves the right to cancel any bets placed under such conditions and return the staked amount to the User's balance.

5.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is canceled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes are returned to your balance. For events that have started but not been completed, the specific rules for each sport apply. As a general rule, a football match is considered valid if at least 90 regulation minutes were played; MMA and UFC bouts are valid once the referee has officially started the fight.

6 Casino, Slots & Poker

The online casino at 8385bet features more than 500 slots from certified providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and BTG, crash games like Aviator by Spribe, and a poker room with daily tournaments in BRL and cash games for all stake levels.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New users of 8385bet are entitled to a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to R$ 500.00 (five hundred BRL). The bonus is credited automatically once the first deposit of at least R$ 20.00 is confirmed. The welcome bonus is available only to newly created accounts that have not previously made any deposit.

7.2 Rollover Requirements

Every bonus granted by 8385bet is subject to rollover requirements (minimum turnover) before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. The standard rollover is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount received. For example, a R$ 100.00 bonus requires a total of R$ 1,000.00 in wagers before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover must be completed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the bonus is granted.

For rollover purposes, only Sports Betting wagers with minimum odds of 1.50 (one point fifty) or real-money slots bets are counted. Cancelled bets, full cash-out bets, and bets on markets with fewer than two possible outcomes do not count toward the rollover.

7.3 Ongoing Promotions

In addition to the welcome bonus, 8385bet runs regular promotions – weekly cashback, free spins on slots, poker freerolls, bonus reloads, and special offers tied to key events on the Brazilian sports calendar such as the Copa do Brasil and Brasileirão Série A. Accepting any promotion is entirely voluntary. Once accepted, the User is bound by the specific conditions of that offer, which may differ from the general terms described here. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these General Terms, the promotion's conditions shall prevail.

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Prohibited Conduct

It is expressly forbidden for users of 8385bet:

• Creating more than one account on the platform or using a third party's account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or any verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in betting or games;
• Participating in any collusion scheme with other players to manipulate the outcomes of poker hands or Sports Betting events;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity related to financial crimes;
• Placing bets on events whose outcome you have prior knowledge of through insider information;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer the software, or compromise the security of 8385bet's infrastructure;
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language in support channels or in any interaction with the platform.

Any detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and an internal investigation. Depending on the severity, your available balance may be held until the investigation is concluded. Conduct that constitutes a criminal offense will be reported to the relevant authorities.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Account Closure by User

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8385bet at suporte@8385bet.best. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be paid out upon withdrawal request, subject to minimum requirements and applicable identity verification. Unfulfilled bonus balances are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by 8385bet

The 8385bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms, provision of false information, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of applicable laws, or a commercial decision by the platform. In cases of closure due to proven Terms violations, bonus balances are forfeited and real balances may be withheld for review depending on the circumstances.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 8385bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the User's own betting decisions;
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures;
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence;
• Inaccuracies in third-party data used as the basis for bets, such as statistics or event schedules;
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or non-material damages not resulting from proven willful misconduct by the platform.

The total liability of 8385bet to any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the User's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

12 Changes to the Terms

The 8385bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, regulatory updates, or improvements to user protection policies. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance via the registered email and through a banner on the platform. Minor changes may be made without formal prior notice but are always reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document.

It is the User's responsibility to keep their registered email address up to date in order to receive communications from 8385bet. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms take effect constitutes full acceptance of the new conditions.

13 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from use of the platform 8385bet will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through the platform's support team. If amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the competent venue to settle any disputes, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
